CAMP CIRKUS:

Revolutionising dream city… and creating a community from it.

Production, Graphic Design and PR

What happens when three friends decide to just do it? You get Camp Cirkus of Dream City Roskilde Festival. A camp that started as a wish to make something, and ended up building the fastest growing and biggest community of Roskilde Festival.

Having some of Denmark’s biggest artists request to give a free concert at your festival camp, to have the most people in one place outside of the festival grounds all within the first week of the launch.

accomplishments

  1. Having people queue for 4+ hours to get merchandise, that the day after would resell for 700 DKK. (Year one)

  2. Gathering the biggest crowd, outside of the festival grounds, for multiple days. (Year one)

  3. Being able to engage a community all year around. (Year two)

  4. Some of the biggest music labels message us year around just to get some of their biggest artists to perform at Camp Cirkus for free. (year one)

This project has without a doubt been one for the story books, going into something without a plan or vision of the end result, only driven by passion and an idea. This also resulted in some accomplishments some people never thought would be possible in just two festivals, especially not for a festival camp.
